Postage & Returns


At Mysie & Nola the label we want you to receive your orders as soon as possible.  

Please see below our postage terms, if there is something we have not answered you can email us on

  • We dispatch all orders from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, QLD Australia.
  • A $10 postage fee will be charged on orders under $100, for regular post within Australia. We offer express postage for a flat fee of $14.90*
  • We offer regular delivery via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries within Australia and 7-14 business days for international orders.
  • Purchases will be sent out within 3-4 business days Monday to Friday.  No deliveries will be sent out on weekends or public holidays.  You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please email us before for any international orders placed.

 *PLEASE NOTE: Any adjustments or cancellations to your order must be emailed to within 2hours of placed order, or $10 shipping fee may be charged.



If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 30 day warranty period on all of our pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
  3. Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

  1. Email
  2. Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  3. We will respond to your email within 2 business days and provide you with a returns form and necessary instructions.
  4. All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
  5. All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
